What can your church do in December?

Dear Christian,

If you and/or your church are looking for ideas about How To reach out to nonchristians in your community during the month of December -- Try one of these...

1) Holiday cookie exchange -- Invite your members and their friends, neighbors, coworkers, etc. to a holiday cookie exchange. Every person prepares 2 or 3 dozen of his/her favorite cookies and brings them to share and/or exchange. Bring the recipes too. These work well at the home of one of your members.

2) A Christmas and/or New Year's Eve devotional and candle lighting service.

3) A Christmas Sing-a-Long -- Invite people from the community to your church building. Take turns letting groups and/or individuals sing their favorite carols, hymns, etc.

4) Caroling -- Get a group of members together and go door-to-door singing carols.

Here's to your Evangelism success,
